Terms of Service

Effective July 12, 2026

These terms govern use of nodaloryx.com and evaluation access to Nodaloryx orchestration software provided by Nodaloryx LLC, a California limited liability company.

License grant

Subject to a signed order form or subscription agreement, Nodaloryx grants customers a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to deploy the software within agreed node limits and regions.

Acceptable use

Customers may not reverse-engineer the control plane, resell access without authorization, or use the platform to orchestrate workloads that violate applicable law.

Service levels

Production uptime commitments are defined in individual service level agreements. Evaluation and pilot deployments are provided as-is without uptime guarantees.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nodaloryx's aggregate liability arising from these terms shall not exceed fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in Los Angeles County, CA.
