Nodaloryx LLC ("Nodaloryx") provides distributed node orchestration software and related professional services. This notice describes how we handle personal data collected through nodaloryx.com and customer engagements.

Data we collect

Contact information submitted via email or demo requests (name, business email, company, role), technical logs from our marketing site (IP address, browser, pages viewed), and account data provided during platform evaluation or subscription.

Purpose of processing

We process data to respond to sales and support inquiries, deliver and maintain our orchestration platform, improve product reliability, meet contractual and legal obligations, and — where permitted — share relevant product announcements.

Retention

Prospect data is retained for up to 24 months after last contact unless a longer period is required for an active contract or legal hold. Platform telemetry retained per customer agreement.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Sub-processors (hosting, email, analytics) operate under data processing agreements.

Your rights

US residents may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@nodaloryx.com. We respond within 30 days.
